Prem Jayaraj

Prem Jayaraj is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Operations Manager at NRI Australia & New Zealand since September 2017, where responsibilities include the delivery of 24/7 IT services and acting as an advocate for customers in the Utilities and Manufacturing sector. Prior to this, Prem held the position of Support Team Lead at WorkSafe Victoria, managing IT service delivery for over 2000 users and leading projects for critical applications. At IBM, Prem progressed through various roles including Global Service Delivery Manager, overseeing customer service and technical delivery, and Technical Services Manager - Support, leading global support teams and ensuring process compliance.
