Robin Hutson

Robin Hutson is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems. Currently serving as an HRIS Specialist at NRI North America since July 2025, Robin previously held roles at The Lubrizol Corporation as an HR Systems and Technology Administrator and at Polychem LLC as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist. Prior experience includes over eight years at Swagelok as a Payroll Specialist and HR Administrator, managing payroll for over 1200 associates, and supporting HR initiatives. Robin began a career in human resources as an HR Coordinator at Aclara, following initial experience as an Accounting Associate at Mayfran International. Throughout the career, a strong emphasis has been placed on payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining employee confidentiality.
