Josh Crawley

Josh Crawley is an accomplished professional in the fields of AI research, sports operations, and marketing. Currently serving as an AI Researcher with The Socrates Project since October 2023, Josh also holds roles with the National Rugby League as a Game Day Events/Operations Aide and Sports Mascot, and with the Sydney Sixers as a Sports Activations Assistant and Promotional Mascot since December 2021. As a Marketing/Events Assistant and Professional Sporting Mascot for Illawarra Hawks Basketball since July 2020, Josh brings extensive experience in event management and promotion. Recent internships at SXSW Sydney and Those Wizards involved data wrangling and production support. Josh's background includes significant contributions as a National Brand Intern for Red Bull and various roles at the University of Wollongong, culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Media as a Dean's Scholar and a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Business from Deakin University.
