Michelle Faga is an experienced data analyst and performance analyst with a strong background in sports data management and physical education. Currently serving as a Data Analyst for Elite Officiating at the National Rugby League, Michelle analyzes referee performance data and creates visualizations for internal stakeholders. Previous roles include Insights Analyst at Stats Perform, Football Data Scout, Sport Scientist for the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, and various coaching and analytical positions across rugby, cricket, and netball organizations.
