David Liguori

David Liguori is the President of Pervious Enhancer Pro and Founder/President of Bay Area Pervious Concrete. David is also a Board of Directors member at NPCPA, a Committee Member at ACI, and a Pervious Concrete Certification Instructor at NRMCA. David has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Technology Education from the State University of New York at Oswego.
