Rosaura Gonzalez

Rosaura Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Rosaura started their career as a Staffing Coordinator at Westaff in 2002 and then moved on to work as an Operations Coordinator at HSBC in 2003. In 2005, they joined Kforce Inc. as a Service Coordinator and later became an Account Executive there.

In 2007, Rosaura founded their own business called Rosaura's Bilingual Services, where they provided bilingual services to private and public organizations, including government services. Rosaura served as the CEO and worked on projects such as the Rehabilitation Services to the Blind and Visually Impaired government program.

In 2008, Rosaura joined Bally Technologies as an International Sales Assistant and then became an International Project Manager. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Latin America and later became a Regional Sales Executive for the Interactive Division, responsible for managing and expanding business relationships with C-Suite executives across 17 states and the Caribbean.

Rosaura's most recent role was as the Vice President of Sales at NRT Technology Corp. starting in 2016, where they currently serve.

Rosaura Gonzalez has an extensive education history. Rosaura first attended Clark High School Academy of Finance, where they studied finance with a focus on international finance. After graduating from high school in 2003, they went on to study International Business at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completing their degree in 2007.

Following their undergraduate studies, Rosaura pursued further education and enrolled in the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2013. There, they completed an Executive Program in Global Management and Global Negotiations in 2014. Seeking additional knowledge and professional development in the field of business administration, they then attended the Instituto Europeo Campus Stellae from 2014 to 2016, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

Continuing their pursuit of advanced education and specialization, Rosaura then attended UCN European Programmes. Rosaura first completed their MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are engaged in pursuing a Doctorate degree in the same field of study, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
