Srijan Srivastava has been working in the operations field since 2019, when they began their role as Operations Manager at DesignX. Before that, they had been working at Harvel Agua India Private Limited since 2015, where they were a Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for first piece and last piece approval in line inspection for the finished components, conducting the In Process inspection, and conducting prescribed testing of raw material and finished good as per BIS standards.

Srijan Srivastava obtained an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering and Technology-IILM-AHL between 2010 and 2014. In 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Benchmark Six Sigma. srijan also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Benchmark Six Sigma.
