Claas Heise

Claas Heise is an experienced executive in the venture capital sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of NRW.BANK since April 2008, overseeing all venture capital activities in Düsseldorf, Germany. Prior to this role, Claas Heise co-founded Innovature Capital Partners with Sven Weber, providing advisory and managed corporate venture capital services from 2006 to 2010. Claas Heise also held the position of Managing Director at T-Venture of America, the corporate venture capital arm of Deutsche Telekom Group, from 2002 to 2006 after working as an advisor since 1997. Academic qualifications include a Post Doc & Fellow in Physics/Astrophysics from Harvard University.
