Maneenuch Kongarchapatara has extensive work experience in marketing and brand management. Maneenuch began their career at PepsiCo in 2003 as an Assistant Brand Manager. Maneenuch later joined Mondelēz International, where they held various roles such as Sr. Brand & Brand Manager and Gum Category Innovation Manager. In 2013, they moved to Castrol as a PCO Space Manager. Kongarchapatara then became the Chief Marketing Officer at AXA in 2015. Currently, they are working as the VP - Marketing at NS BlueScope, starting in October 2018.

Maneenuch Kongarchapatara completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Kasetsart University from 1996 to 1999. Maneenuch then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Marketing at the Sasin Graduate Institution of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University from 2001 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Maneenuch Kongarchapatara obtained certifications in Digital Strategies for Business from Columbia Business School in May 2018, and in Digital Marketing: Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics from the same institution in September 2017.
