SiaoYee Wee has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. SiaoYee started their career at GE Plastics in the USA as a Co-Op from 2004 to 2006. SiaoYee then joined SABIC Innovative Plastics in Singapore, where they held several positions including Operations Management Leadership Program from 2007 to 2009, Process Engineer from 2009 to 2011, EHS Leader from 2011 to 2013, and finally, Production Manager from 2013 to 2015.
Following their time at SABIC Innovative Plastics, SiaoYee joined A.T. Kearney as a Management Consultant from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working at NS BlueScope, where they have held roles such as Regional Supply Chain Development Manager from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization. From 2021 to 2022, they served as Vice President of Supply Chain in Indonesia.
SiaoYee Wee attended Purdue University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
