Marion Joy

Marion Joy is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in the field of bioengineering and biomedical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center since March 2021, Marion manages the Translational Pathology Imaging lab core and collaborates with researchers to advance spatial biology initiatives. Additionally, Marion has worked as a Research Assistant III at NSABP Foundation Inc. since March 2017, focusing on tumor-immune interactions in breast and colon cancer through advanced imaging techniques. Marion's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, completing the doctoral degree in 2016 and the bachelor's degree in 2011.
