Swarup Ghosh

Swarup Ghosh has extensive experience in enterprise support and IT administration, currently serving at Sureworks Infotech Pvt Ltd since November 2019, focusing on support for enterprise clients such as WIPRO, IBM, PPT, ICICI Bank, and ORIENT. Key responsibilities include mounting, configuration, IOS upgrades, and hardware support for switches and routers. Prior to that, Swarup Ghosh worked at NSB BPO Solutions PVT LTD, starting as an Assistant System Administrator and progressing to other IT support roles since August 2010, where duties involved network and server maintenance.
