Arlene Roman

Arlene Roman is the Corporate Safety Director at NSC, with previous experience as the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at Keymark Corporation and as a Human Resources Manager in the United States Air Force. Arlene also served as a Safety Manager of Bioenvironmental Engineering and as an F-15 Avionics Systems and Component Technician. Arlene holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety from Eastern Kentucky University, and multiple Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
