Leo Smith possesses extensive experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as the CA. RM / IT Desktop Support Manager at nscglobal since June 2013, Leo oversees the Desktop Support Department and a team of Support Engineers across four locations in California. Prior to this role, Leo was the Level 4.5 CA Embedded Team Lead Technician at CompuCom on-site at Intel Corp. from July 2007 to June 2013, where management of a team of 18 technicians and handling technical escalations across multiple states were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Level IV Data Center Server Support Technician at CompuCom, also at Intel Corp. from July 2007 to April 2012.
