Mercy Yezerla

Mercy Yezerla is an experienced Senior Network Engineer with a focus on Level 3 support for wired and wireless technology and security at NSC Global since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mercy worked as a Wireless Network Engineer at Ruckus Networks, specializing in Ruckus Smartzone and Zonedirector technologies. Experience also includes a position as a Network Engineer at CSS Corp, where support was provided for the deployment and troubleshooting of Aruba ClearPass servers for enterprise customers in the EMEA and NA regions.
