Nazia Waja

Nazia Waja is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Head of HR Operations at NSC Global since November 2025. Previously, Nazia held the position of Global People Operations Manager at Leathwaite and worked at NSC Global as an HR Business Partner and Global HR Shared Services Manager from January 2022 to June 2025. With a strong background in HR management, Nazia has also served as HR Manager at Christel House South Africa and German Autoworks, where responsibilities included labor dispute resolution, payroll management, and compliance with various regulatory requirements. Additionally, experience includes roles at TTRO and DPD South Africa, where Nazia focused on HR strategy, client retention, and relationship management.
