Paul Rodriguez

As the Chairman of the Board, Paul Rodriguez is responsible for creating the company’s vision and strategic direction, ensuring the practices exemplify the company values – safety, quality, and integrity – and support the associates’ and clients’ needs. He works closely with the board of directors and guides the senior leadership team, inspiring a servant leadership culture and results-driven organization.

Paul was in his early twenties when he moved back into his mother’s house after a business venture had gone sour. He stayed in a single-car garage the family had repurposed into a makeshift bedroom, and he started the staffing company from that garage with just $17,000. Since founding NSC in 2000, Paul has grown the company to include core industries such as marine, skilled trades, light industrial, and technical and professional – making NSC one of the top 1% of staffing firms in the U.S.

For over twenty years, Paul has been committed to NSC providing the best candidate and client experience by being hands-on, walking field associates to job sites when appropriate, and honoring commitments. He believes that by equipping individuals with specialized skills and businesses with those individuals, people and communities thrive.
