James Daggar-Nickson

James Daggar-Nickson is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in financial journalism and editorial leadership. Currently serving as Director of AFR Ventures and Editorial Director of AFR Insights at The Australian Financial Review since June 2019, James has previously held the position of Companies and Markets Deputy Editor. Prior experience includes serving as Business Editor at Your Money and at Australian News Channel (Sky News), where James also functioned as Sky News Business Editor and Sky News Business Channel Manager. Early career roles include journalism positions at Sky News and the BBC. James Daggar-Nickson is an alumnus of Charles Sturt University and the University of Sydney, having also attended Knox Grammar School.
