Cliff Hayhurst

Cliff Hayhurst, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting & Reporting at Nscale since March 2025. Prior to this role, Cliff held the position of Director of Central Accounting & Reporting at Liberty Global from July 2021 to May 2025. Cliff's extensive experience includes roles as Group and Corporate Controller, Deputy Group Controller, and Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Central European Media Enterprises from July 2013 to July 2021. Earlier in the career, Cliff worked at Reader's Digest as a Manager and Senior Financial Analyst in External Reporting from November 2010 to June 2013 and at KPMG as a Senior Associate and Associate from September 2007 to December 2010. Cliff began the professional journey at KPMG in a one-year rotational program in the Department of Professional Practice. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Public Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, both earned from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
