Aleli Declasen is a Senior Estimation Engineer at NSCC International Limited since November 2008, specializing in the preparation of Bill of Quantities and estimations for foundation engineering and oil and gas projects. Key responsibilities include reviewing tender and contract documents, quantifying material requisitions, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and managing tender submissions. Prior to this role, Aleli worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Tasplan Inc. Aleli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Louis College, completed in 2006.
