Thien Vo

Thien Vo has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as the Fundraising Chair for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. In this role, they prepared and delivered presentations to corporate donor meetings and produced informational materials for fundraising events.

In 2015, Thien joined Sandcastle Homecare as a Logistic Specialist. Thien analyzed end-user requirements, proposed strategic implementations, and utilized Excel to create a system for record tracking and dispatch monitoring.

Later in 2015, Thien co-founded VietTamAnh LLC and served as the Co-founder and Purchasing Specialist until 2018. Thien successfully launched five products on the international market with sales revenue exceeding $1,000,000. Thien also oversaw project successes, improved distribution processes, and initiated effective working relationships with internal and external partners.

In 2017, Thien briefly worked as the Marketing Chair for the Ket Doan Association (Non Profit). Thien managed marketing research projects, coordinated volunteers and staff for organization events, and managed the financial budgets for the marketing department.

Since 2018, Thien has been working at NSD as the Reverse Logistics Manager. Thien manages a team of two coordinators responsible for reverse logistics, proposes process improvements, and serves as the primary point of contact with clients, liquidators, carriers, and internal operations teams. Thien's initiatives have resulted in increased successful return rates, decreased return transit time, and mitigated potential claims.

Prior to their current role at NSD, Thien worked as a Return Coordinator at the company, handling return orders and exception deliveries, evaluating agent performance, and resolving escalations in the Last Mile Network.

Thien Vo earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Rollins College, where they attended from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Montverde Academy during the same period. Thien Vo then pursued further education at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies and Supply Chain. This degree was earned from 2016 to 2017.
