Currently working as the Country Head - New Business Initiatives at NSDL Payments Bank, Pawan has also held senior positions at Spice Money, CMS Info Systems, IndusInd Bank, and HDFC Bank. Pawan holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR from Bharathidasan Institute of Management and is currently pursuing an Advanced Programme In Digital Business Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
