Kaustubh Laturkar has over two decades of enriched experiences in various global markets and industry verticals, across consulting, sales, delivery & business solutioning. He is passionate about art-of-possible within the digital and believes that “Digital Transformation” is more about holistic transformation than technology.

In his erstwhile role, Kaustubh was part of the Senior Leadership Team at Cognizant and Global Leadership Team of Cognizant’s Digital Business – AI & Data/Analytics practice. He was responsible for large P&L, business and strategic direction for various global markets, running large delivery portfolio & solutioning. He was responsible to run multiple initiatives at BU level to improve digital skilling of thousands of employees and was Center Head for Pune & Mumbai locations for AI & Data/Analytics practice of Cognizant.

Mechanical engineer by education, Kaustubh is passionate about solving complex business problems using power of technology. He is also a regular speaker at various Universities globally.
