Phil Hennessy

Phil Hennessy is the VP of Sales & Marketing at NSerio. Prior to joining NSerio, Phil spent four years at Epiq, where they progressed through a number of roles, ultimately serving as Senior Director of Product Management. In this role, Phil led cross-functional teams for a $1.0B global legal services company across Legal Solutions, Bankruptcy, Court Reporting, and Class Action business units. Phil directed the entire product development lifecycle, from product definition to market launch. Phil developed product strategies based on the analysis of business and customer requirements, consistently ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and quality.

During their time at Epiq, Phil made a number of key accomplishments, including expanding compelling client service offerings through implementation of innovative marketing strategy, presenting proprietary technologies combined with third-party solutions, increasing long-term growth; and identifying new market opportunities through extensive research of emerging markets and competitive landscape, integrating consumer concepts and product roadmap, driving focus and teamwork for continued business and brand growth.

Prior to their role as Senior Director of Product Management, Phil served as Director of Product Management at Epiq. In this role, they were a results-oriented leader who expertly drove the product and go-to-market strategies on a global scale, developing and implementing advanced technology solutions in service delivery including eDiscovery, machine learning, and analytics. During their time as Director of Product Management, Phil made key accomplishments including identifying process improvement opportunities

Phil Hennessy received a BA from Plymouth State University and a JD from American University Washington College of Law. Phil is certified as a Relativity Administrator from Relativity.

Phil Hennessy reports to Juan Ramirez, Founder & CEO. Phil Hennessy works with Claudia Rojas - QA Lead, Christian Llanos - Project Manager Lead, and Monica Gerena - CFO & HR Director.
