Edouard Albaret is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and tourism sectors with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Co-founder at Touósto Rodez since February 2021, Edouard has developed a restaurant focused on culinary discovery. Additionally, experience as an Auditor for hygiene and quality at NSF International since June 2020 complements academic engagement as a University Lecturer at Montpellier Management. Edouard founded EAlbaret Agency to assist tourism and culinary businesses in enhancing their digital presence. Previous roles include leadership positions at Hard Rock Cafe Lyon and M de Megève, with a strong emphasis on team management, budget oversight, and event coordination. Edouard holds a Master’s in Strategy & Management in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Montpellier, along with other relevant educational qualifications.
