Hilary Roberts is an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager at NSF, overseeing global laboratories and leading food product certification marketing since June 2021. Previously, Hilary served as the Global Head of Marketing for the BSI Product Certification Business Stream for nearly nine years, where responsibilities included shaping global marketing strategies, launching the BSI Mark of Trust, and introducing BSI Kitemark certification to new markets. Earlier roles include Global Portfolio Manager and Product Marketing Manager at BSI, as well as positions at Bucks Sport and Brady Corporation, where Hilary focused on product management and sales coordination. Hilary began a career in quality control and customer service at International Book Distributors. Hilary holds a BSc (Hons) degree in French and European Studies from the University of Surrey.
