Joyce M.

Joyce M. has extensive work experience in various roles related to procurement, purchasing, and real estate management. Joyce worked at NSF International from 2012 to 2021, starting as a Purchasing Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Procurement & Real Estate and the Global Corporate Director of Purchasing & Real Estate. In these roles, they oversaw global procurement and real estate operations, managed supplier relationships, and implemented cost-saving initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Accuri Cytometers as a Commodity Specialist, responsible for sourcing new product components. Joyce also worked at Arden Companies from 2004 to 2011, holding positions such as Direct Import Manager, Global Operations Manager, and Corporate Purchasing Manager, where they managed purchasing operations, coordinated imports from China, and negotiated and managed contracts. Joyce M.'s early work experience includes roles at Thetford Corporation as a Commodity Manager, Communication Coordinator, and Quality Analyst, where they focused on improving department efficiency, supplier relationships, and cost reduction. Joyce is currently serving as the Chief Retiree since 2020.

Joyce M. earned their MBA in E-Business from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work at EMU, specializing in Sociology/Psychology. Joyce M. also attended DHS for college preparation.
