Maggie Low is an Independent ISO Management System and Food Safety Specialist with extensive experience in food safety and quality management across various organizations. Currently self-employed since September 2018, Maggie serves as a licensed Food Handler Training Trainer and certified trainer for the Human Resources Development Fund in Malaysia. Previous roles include Food Safety Auditor at NSF International and Quality Management Food Safety Executive at Intercontinental Specialty Fats Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included establishing ISO 14001:2015 and maintaining FSSC 22000 standards. Additional experience encompasses senior quality management positions at Plaza Premium Group and Quality Assurance Executive at IOI Loders Croklaan, with a foundational background as a Quality Technologist at Carlsberg Group. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from Universiti Putra Malaysia, focusing on food safety and quality assurance, complemented by multiple auditor training certifications in food safety and quality management systems.
