Mahmoud Shoblaq

Mahmoud Shoblaq is a seasoned professional in food safety and consulting, currently serving as Manager of Consulting & Technical Solutions at NSF since March 2020. In this role, Mahmoud is responsible for business planning, project management, and client relationship development, with a focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators related to revenue and margin. Mahmoud's experience encompasses various positions in food safety, compliance, and education, including prior roles at Herzing College, Loblaw Companies Limited, and Metro Supply Chain Group, among others. Mahmoud holds a BASc in Public Health and Safety from Toronto Metropolitan University and has also completed a Master of Public Health course at Lakehead University, further enhancing expertise in public health and safety systems.
