Paul Medeiros

Paul Medeiros is an experienced professional in environmental health and food safety management. Currently serving as the Manager of Environmental Health at Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health since April 2022, Paul previously held the position of Managing Director at NSF International, overseeing North American Consulting & Technical Services and Retail Audit teams since October 2015. Prior roles include Director of Quality Assurance at Compass Group Canada, where Paul guided a team to uphold food safety standards across 1600 locations, and Director of Consulting and Technical Services at NSF-GFTC, managing a team of consultants in food safety and quality management. Early career experience includes a managerial role in Supply QA at Burger King Corporation. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Food Safety and Quality Assurance from the University of Guelph and a BASc in Environmental Health from Ryerson University.
