Vince Cane

Vince Cane is a Radioactive Waste Management Specialist currently working at Jacobs since July 2023, providing technical expertise for projects including the TEPCO Integrated Waste Management Strategy for the Fukushima site. Vince has held various roles since February 2019 at NSG Environmental Ltd as an Associate Consultant, contributing to AWE's Sustainable Radioactive Waste Management Programme, and previously served as Director at RUBICON NUCLEAR SERVICES LTD since October 2012. Additional experience includes independent advisory work with the UK Atomic Energy Authority, senior specialist roles at Horizon Nuclear Power, and significant contributions to AWE's Higher Activity Waste Programme. Vince's career began at AWE in 1995 and includes earlier positions at the European Commission, Nuclear Technologies Plc, and Magnox Ltd, showcasing extensive expertise in the field of radioactive waste management and engineering. Education was received at HMS Caldeonia, RN Engineering School in Marine and Nuclear Engineering from 1981 to 1985.
