Melissa Coleman

Melissa Coleman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in revenue operations and business strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Revenue Operations at nShift since July 2025, Melissa previously held key roles at Amplience, including VP GTM, Revenue Operations & Strategy and Senior Director of Global Revenue Operations. As Chief Executive Officer of HennieHub, Melissa co-founded the organization to provide affordable SEND therapy, driven by personal experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Additional roles include Director of Revenue Operations EMEA & International and Sales Operations Manager at Pendo.io, and Sales Operations Manager at Sirenum, where innovative workforce management solutions were developed. Melissa also operated a consulting business focused on strategic improvements and investment advice from 2010 to 2020, alongside participating as a candidate in The Apprentice Series 6 in 2010 and serving as General Business Manager at Eliko Foods Ltd from 2007 to 2009. Education includes studies at JFS and Ashmole Sixth Form.
