Lead Architectural Designer at nSight Surgical

Amy Spanos has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Amy worked as an Activities Assistant at Wesleyan Village, where they catered to residents' needs and helped create a home-like atmosphere. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Shift Leader at The Grafton Scoop. In 2016, they worked as an Intern at Mota Design Group. Amy then worked as a Lab Manager at Kent State University from 2017 to 2019, managing the Digital Fabrication and Output Center and overseeing machines such as laser cutters, 3D printers, and foam cutters. Starting in 2018, Amy interned at RDL Architects until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they pursued a Master's degree at California College of the Arts and served as a Teaching Assistant during the same period. In 2020, they began their professional career as a Junior Designer at Panafold, where they worked until 2022. Amy then joined Blitz as a Junior Designer from October 2022 to February 2023. In May 2022, they became the Lead Architectural Designer at nSight Surgical. Most recently, Amy began working as a Job Captain at Holscher Architecture in April 2023.

Amy Spanos attended Kent State University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the California College of the Arts from 2019 to 2022, completing a Master of Architecture - MArch degree.
