Paul Cranston has extensive experience in the industrial and automotive sectors, currently serving as the European Aftermarket Director at NSK Europe since August 2015, where responsibilities include leading the Aftermarket Strategy development and deployment for NSK's industrial business in Europe. Previously, Paul held positions such as Value Chain Director, overseeing European Supply Chain and Marketing teams, and Automotive Aftermarket Director for EMEAR, focused on launching the NSK brand into the Independent Automotive Aftermarket. Before joining NSK Europe, Paul was General Manager at NSK Rulmanları Ortadoğu Tic. ve San. Ltd. Şti. from August 2008 to July 2015, where responsibilities included managing the Turkish and Middle East territories with full P&L responsibility. Earlier in career at NSK from September 2000 to July 2008, Paul served as Territory Manager and Sales & Engineering Manager, leading multifunctional teams and developing customer-focused engineering solutions. Education includes a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University.
