Shayne Rollins

Shayne Rollins has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Most recently, they have been working at NSK since 2010, where they held various managerial positions including Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, and Business Unit Manager. Currently, Shayne is serving as the Senior Manager of America's Manufacturing Operations. Before joining NSK, they worked at Eaton Corporation from 1994 to 2010, where they held positions such as Master Scheduler, HR Manager, and Production Manager. Overall, Shayne has significant experience in operations management and has demonstrated their leadership abilities throughout their career.

Shayne Rollins completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Truman State University from 1987 to 1991. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Masters degree in Business and HR at the Indiana Institute of Technology.
