Shanti Hall has a variety of work experience in various roles and industries. Shanti began their career as a typist at Tumbi Office Systems Pvt Ltd in 1993. Shanti then worked as a secretary to the business manager at Human Resource Consultancy Group from 1994 to 1995. After that, they served as a secretary to the Managing Director at Ratan Exports & Imports Ltd from 1995 to 1997. Shanti then joined Satyam Computer Services Limited as an Assistant Manager from 1998 to 2009. Following that, they worked as the Manager of Admin & HR at R&A Associates Company Secretaries from 2010 to 2011. Lastly, they became an Executive Secretary to the CEO and MD at NSL Group, a diversified business group, in 2011.
Shanti Hall completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from St. John High School between 1992 and 1995. Following this, they pursued a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis International University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008.
