Aimee Daniels has accumulated extensive experience in operations and customer service across multiple roles. Currently serving as Assistant Operations Manager - North Reactive and Reactive & PPM Team Leader at NSS since November 2020, Aimee has also held the position of Account Manager. Prior roles include Help Desk Operator at Integral UK Ltd and Client Services Coordinator at People Asset Management Ltd. Aimee gained customer service expertise as a Customer Service Advisor at Webhelp and as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's. Educationally, Aimee completed studies at Haydock High School from September 2008 to June 2013.
