Kayla Miller serves as the Director of Association Development at the National Security Space Association (NSSA) since August 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder collaboration. Concurrently, Kayla is a Rock Climbing Teams & Private Coach at Movement and has been a Financial Bookkeeper at Prime Seven LLC since February 2018. Previous experience encompasses roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including Regional Affairs Specialist and Confidential Assistant, as well as positions with the U.S. House of Representatives and The White House. Kayla holds a Master of Letters in Middle East, Caucasus, and Central Asian Security Studies from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Eastern Washington University, complemented by academic experiences at the University of Cambridge and Stanford University.

NSSA is solely dedicated to the National Security Space enterprise. They work to foster long-term cooperation among industry and government officials, leading the way with expert opinion, insight and analysis. They are devoted to fostering a holistic, mission-oriented workforce that will shape the face of National Security Space for generations to come. NSSA is in the process of getting recognition as a 501(c)(3) non-profit support association. NSSA is Title 10 (DoD) and Title 50 (IC) compliant.
