Molly Dunne

Molly Dunne has over 15 years of experience in the field of special education. Molly currently holds the position of Director of Professional Learning & Coaching at NSSEO, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this role, Molly served as an Innovative Learning Coordinator and Related Services Coordinator at the same organization. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the NSSEO Coordinator of Satellite Programs and Itinerant Services. Molly's teaching career began in 2009 at the Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization, where they worked as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired for nine years. Before that, they gained experience as a TVI at James Otis Elementary and as a Student Teacher at Chicago Public Schools. During their time as a student, Molly completed a teaching assignment at the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, where they taught various subjects and supervised an after-school tutoring program.

Molly Dunne earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Special Education from Illinois State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Molly then pursued further education and received a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Northeastern Illinois University. Molly attended Northeastern Illinois University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Special Education from Governors State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
