We're not your typical holding company.

NSTY Holding is the engine behind some of Malaysia's most exciting consumer brands — from the sizzle of Pagi Malam and Lomak Salai in F&B, to the scent stories of NBDY/Nobody Perfume, the street-ready edge of Nostalgya, and the fast-moving world of ENDS.

One roof. Four industries. One relentless energy.

Why people join us:

🔥 Real ownership, real speed — We move fast, build fast, and give our people room to build things that matter — not just maintain what already exists.

🧠 We're rewriting how HR works — Our People & Culture team isn't stuck doing paperwork. We're automating payroll, building live Power BI dashboards, and turning HR into a strategic, data-driven function — not an admin desk.

🎨 Multi-brand means multi-experience — Work across F&B ops, fragrance launches, fashion drops, and FMCG distribution — all in one career, not four separate jobs.

🏭 From boardroom to factory floor — With operations from our Tampin manufacturing facility to brand HQ, our people get exposure across the full business, not just a silo.

🌱 We build people the way we build brands — with intention. Structured career frameworks, pay band transparency, and performance systems designed to help you grow, not just get by.

If you want to build something — not just clock in — NSTY Group is where that happens.
