NSU Media is an employee engagement agency specialising in enterprise-wide development for frontline managers. Our mobile learning portals, beautifully designed content and on the ground support helps leaders to learn as they go, using platforms that are by their side and in their pocket.

In large multi-site organisations, frontline managers typically lead at least 80% of the people who serve customers. The scale and geographical spread of this community is a barrier to ongoing and high quality development. As a result, FLM support tends to focus on the essentials of operational delivery and is task-focused and technical, leaving soft skills and leadership to be de-scoped in favour of more ‘urgent’ tactical interventions.

At NSU Media, we think 80% is a number that's simply too big to ignore, so we've developed a solution to these challenges through our world class mobile development programmes. Long term clients in the UK include Marks & Spencer, HSBC, Jaguar Land Rover, Liverpool Football Club, Yorkshire Building Society Group and the National Health Service.
