Cordelia Castellino

Cordelia Castellino (J.P.) has extensive experience in the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, serving in various leadership roles since 2003. Currently, as the Service Integration Team Leader for Corrective Services, Cordelia leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver services aligned with CSNSW's strategic priorities. Previous roles include managing statewide disability services and overseeing custodial case management units in female correctional facilities. Cordelia has a strong background in clinical governance, forensic disability services, and crisis support intervention, contributing to the development of best practices and policy frameworks. With a comprehensive understanding of the rehabilitation and reintegration needs of individuals in custody, Cordelia actively engages with various stakeholders and strives to improve service delivery outcomes.
