Fiona Stubbings

Fiona Stubbings is an experienced professional in the fields of counselling, coaching, and policy development, currently serving as an Approved Victims Services Counsellor at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice since July 2023. Fiona also works as a Registered External Facilitator for Corrective Services NSW and has founded Raising Warrior Kids, an initiative providing mindset coaching and resources for children and parents. Additionally, Fiona is the Founder and Head Coach at Mind Design Coaching and serves as a Mindset Coach Consultant for CHOICE, focusing on fostering a growth mindset within organizations. Fiona's extensive background includes a significant tenure as a Senior Policy Officer at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW) from 2006 to 2019. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor's degrees in Social Science/Psychology and Social Work from UNSW, along with professional credentials as a Life Coach from the Life Coaching Academy.
