Gerry Warren

Gerry Warren has extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as the A/ERP Support Manager and Vendor Operations Manager at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice since April 2015. In this role, Gerry oversees ERP support for over 30,000 staff and manages operational governance for Vendor Managed and Cloud services. Responsibilities include compliance audit planning, vendor performance monitoring, and incident management. Prior to this, Gerry held positions as IT Operations Manager at IT Operations and Service Consultancy and Coates Hire, and served as Global Infrastructure Services Manager VP at State Street Australia, where oversight included extensive technology infrastructure management. Gerry's career began as IT Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Gerry holds credentials from the Australian Institute of Management.
