Nicola Church

Nicola Church serves as the Manager of Executive Services in the Office of The Deputy Secretary for Courts and Tribunal Services at the Department of Justice NSW since 2012. In this role, Nicola provides high-level support, strategic advice, and manages communications to facilitate the division's objectives. Previously, Nicola was the Manager of Jury and Court Administration NSW, overseeing the development and resourcing of a team of up to 120 staff to ensure effective jury services across the court system. Between 2010 and 2012, Nicola worked as the Jury Team Leader and Team Leader ADR at Legal Aid NSW. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Management from the University of New England and degrees in Criminology, Criminal Justice and Corrections, as well as Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Stirling.
