Prasant Satapathy

Prasant Satapathy is an experienced business analyst and agile coach currently serving as a Principal Business Analyst at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice since November 2024. Prior to this role, Prasant worked at APA Group from September 2022 to November 2024, leading the Technology Enablement Program as a Program Business Analyst and Product Owner, focusing on digital transformation across various technology domains. With a strong background in financial services, Prasant held positions at Commonwealth Bank from July 2017 to September 2022 as a Senior Tech Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Tech Product Owner, contributing to Open Banking initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Test Automation Lead at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and as a Senior Automation Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, where Prasant contributed to the establishment of a Mobile Automation Center of Excellence. Prasant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha (2007-2011).
