Richard Villarroel

Richard Villarroel is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as a Portfolio/Senior Project Manager at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice since April 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the DCJ EBIP & IM Program and the FACS & Justice Integration Program. Prior to this role, Richard held various senior positions in notable organizations such as Unisys, the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, Service NSW, and Westpac Group, demonstrating expertise in managing complex IT projects and programs.
