Chiang Lim

Chiang Lim is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in early childhood education and advocacy, serving as CEO of ACA NSW since August 2016, where representation and services for over 1,600 privately-owned education and care services are prioritized. Lim also holds advisory roles with Guild Insurance and the NSW Department of Education, as well as a position as Justice of the Peace with the Department of Justice NSW. Previous experience includes roles with the NSW Ombudsman, the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection, and the Alliance of Australian Retailers. Notably, Lim has a background in management consultancy and has held previous leadership positions, including CEO of the Newsagents Association of NSW & ACT. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing from the University of Technology Sydney and Cambridge GCE A Level in Computer Science from Raffles Junior College.
