Eden Lam

Relieving Head Teacher Secondary Studies at NSW Department of Education

Eden Lam is an experienced legal professional and educator, currently serving as a Legal Studies and English Teacher at the NSW Department of Education since July 2022. Prior to this role, Eden practised as a Solicitor at John & Co Lawyers, specialising primarily in family law, and gained experience at Duffy Law Group and Able Defence Lawyers in various legal fields, including property law, civil litigation, and wills. Eden began a career in law as a Paralegal, assisting with legal research and drafting critical documents. Additionally, Eden has a strong background in education, having tutored students in English, Mathematics, and Science from Years 1 to 11, with notable success in preparing students for selective high school placements. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Western Sydney University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Technology Sydney in Communication and Laws.
