Jessie Hvass

Jessie Hvass has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2008 as a Recruitment Resourcer at Michael Page. They then worked as a Gym Supervisor, Personal Trainer, and Group Exercise Instructor at Village Fitness. From 2010 to 2011, Jessie was a Manager at Australian Fitness Management - Plus Fitness, overseeing day-to-day operations and achieving significant growth. They then transitioned to Lorna Jane as a Leadership and Development Manager, responsible for leading and developing a team of retail stores. In 2014, Jessie joined WW (formerly Weight Watchers) as a Regional Manager, managing a team of 60 Coaches and overseeing strategic planning, performance management, and real estate portfolio management. Most recently, Jessie worked at Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta as a Senior Recruiter, where they achieved responsibilities in talent acquisition and recruiting. Currently, they hold the role of Corporate Recruitment Team Lead at NSW Department of Education.

Jessie Hvass completed their Higher School Certificate from Saint Columba's College in the years 2000 to 2005. Later on, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.
